Great customer service. I took the car in for a smog check and oil change and ended up having a leak in the radiator. The owner called me and let me know and was quick to get it taken care of. I will definitely come back again.

The customer service is excellent and they even drove me too and from my place of employment on the day my car was in their shop. Look no further when you need a auto repair shop!

Cant say enough about Image Auto! Ive been bringing my vehicles to Fred for many years since his days back at Shell in Redwood City. The service is always top notch. Most importantly, the TRUST factor and honesty allows me to drop off my vehicle and know that Im not going to be ” taken to town”! Its worth my travels even with a very busy schedule for everything including oil changes and smog. Ive sent all my friends and family to Fred and have never yet herd anything negative. There is a lot to be said for a shop you would send your grandmother to, and feel comfortable!

Recently I was referred by a friend to Image Auto. I always feel more secure knowing someone has used their service and that they were satisfied. It is so hard to find a mechanic you can trust, but more so know your vehicle. Image Auto exceeded my expectations on both levels. Fred and team are top notch. I’ve brought my ’69 Cadillac into Image Auto a couple of times and both experiences have been perfect. Rory replaced the main wiring harness and figured out where all the electrical issues were. I just brought it back for a fuel pump & fuel filter. Good pricing, excellent service. Highly recommended
